Reboot or restart

Has anyone tried a fast reboot or restart app? Any recommendation?

I've tried Fast Reboot and didn't do anything for me at all. Maybe I didn't know how to use the app, but it literally didn't do anything. I would check which apps were running, before running Fast Reboot, then I would check the apps again and the same apps would be running.

I think the developer says in the description on Google Play that phone will be running "much snappier after using Fast Reboot," but mine didn't notice a thing. Maybe it's the phone and not the app.
