Help!!!

I just recently did the unimaginable! I dropped my One S in the toilet. I grabbed it instantly from the bowI immediately took it apart and dried it with my trusty blow dryer. At first, the screen went black and after drying it, the screen miraculously turned on and was fully functional. But, during the process of taking it apart, I accidentally damaged and cut the reception wire located on the left side of the phone. Does anyone know where I could purchase that wire??? I have searched for 3 days now and still nothing!!! Pleaseee help!! Thanks
