HTC ONE S does not exit SAFE MODE. Volume buttoms not responsive.

Today I was ussing whatssapp and suddenly it started going slow. I have not installed any new app lately.
I restarted the phone, and it came into Safe Mode. I have tried since everything... re-start, reset hardware, delete all the apps, all the information... I have reseted it around 10 times,and restarrted it trying all type of combinations of "pressing volume up, or down, or both, while powering on, and off" and all sort of things I found on the internet... but... still STUCK ON SAFE MODE.

Any ideas? THANKS A LOT!

Thanks Pawandeep. I had already found this article, and tried it... no way
I phoned HTC Service, and they assisted me very well, connecting themselves in "remote" to the phone, checking what they could... finally they told me I have to send the phone for repair.
I have to say they attended me very proffessionally, and I am thankful for that. 10 points to their service.
