htc one s 4.4.2 kitkat ville installation error

i try to install 4.4.2 kitkat ville edition rom in my htc one s. but my device shoving some error like md5 file not found, how can i install this os

Which version is it? Ville C2 or ville? Which recovery you are using? Which ROM you are trying to install?

cm-11-20140131-NIGHTLY-ville, flash recovery using TWRP(3)

If you see md5 not found in twrp then that's normal.. You just wipe everything including cache and dalvik cache and flash the zip again.. It should work.. Don't forget to flash the boot.img before rebooting
