HELP! Icons sliding between screens!

i feel like every other day icons on my main screen are sliding to the left or right screens on top of other icons and making them into folders....

does anyone know how to remedy this issue? is there a way to "lock" icons down on one screen so that they cant be moved unless you manually move them?

You should post in the sub-forum specific to your phone model.

Go to settings, Accessibility.
Set Touch and hold delay one notch higher than it is now.

You are moving these yourself, without realizing it. Longer touch-hold delay makes this less likely.
