Hi guys.
I bought a HTC One E9 a few months ago, went through setup and all that, however some features are in chinese. For example the automatic backup sign in or the How to's in Help. Not to mention the Blinkfeed. System language is in English, turned on google location and even tried to manually input my location in htc location manager (doesn't work). Same thing for my brother (same phone). Any idea how can I get rid of this?

Welcome to Android Central! That's most likely because the phone was intended for the Chinese market. Did it come with Google Play Store preinstalled? If not, then the phone isn't certified for Google Play, which is common for phones intended for China. I'm not sure if location-spoofing apps can help with this. Your only option might be to root the phone and see if you can find a compatible English ROM.
