I've had my HTC One VX for almost 2 months now. The GPS was working fantastic, lock on was incredibly fast.
But in the past couple weeks, I started noticing that the GPS sometimes wouldn't turn on anymore, even when I'm using the Maps or Navigation apps. I always have the GPS enabled (the GPS widget shows the green bar). When I use Maps or Navigation, usually it will show the GPS icon in the notification bar. But in the past couple of weeks, it doesn't show the GPS icon, and hence Navigation will never work.
If I restart the phone, it will work again for a couple of days, but then the same problem will happen. And once the problem occurs, the only way to fix is to restart the phone. It's pretty annoying to not have the GPS when I'm in a hurry to get directions and have to reboot the phone. Any ideas on this?
