    I just received my pre-ordered One X in the mail. When I first booted it up, It asked me to set up everything with Ready To Go online. I did that in my browser. After that, it said I should see a code appear on my screen. It did not. So I canceled. I then proceeded to set up the google account... but failed on the way due to no internet connection.

    Considering I came from Sprint, I'm guessing this phone needs to be activated somehow. Not sure what I need to do. Should I take it to an AT&T store? Can I do it here and I'm just missing something?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    1. Turn off the Phone
    2. Install the SIM card, if not already installed
    3. Call 1-866-895-1099 (for new customers)
    4. Follow the prompts
    5. Turn on your phone and it will show a connection
    6. Follow the prompts on your phone to setup
