accelerometer and screen issue

Im Having trouble with my g sensor: in games its constantly turning left even though i calibrated it serval times already! in teeter its works fine so is the rotation. but in all games (gangster, gta, asphalt) its just dont work properly! any help?

also im not sure if my phone is defected i contacted the store and he told me to come and he will take a look (already replaced 1)

if you click on the sides it makes clicking sound. also if you press on the sides the screen will "flick". is that normal?

btw: its HT23Z, what does it means? if its a bad version i can get a new one from the store. thanks

Not sure if this is the same issue but when I play Temple Run, he runs to the left when the phone is vertical.
