It Froze: How Do You Force to Power Off?

DISREGARD THIS MESSAGE. PROBLEM RESOLVED BY BY HOLDING POWER KEY FOR 10 SECONDS




Right now my phone is unresponsive-frozen. It froze while trying to answer an incoming call from the lock screen. Now the ring tone and vibration won't stop.

I've tried powering down but the display and all controls are unresponsive. Due to the non-removable battery, I cannot restart it.

Is there a way to force it to restart? Do I really have to wait until the battery drains before I can restart it?!

This is the first time I've been seriously frustrated with this phone. I didn't care about the non-removable battery until now. Please advise what to do in this situation.

problem was easily resolved by by holding power key for 10 seconds

HAHA...yes I know....I feel foolish now

Anyway, now I love my One X again. Just hold power button for 10 seconds and everything is okay

Yeah my phone just turned it self off and was totally unresponsive. I tried ejecting the sim and reloading it. Finally figured the power button fix after 30 of my phone not working
