AT&T MMS Size

So I discovered that the largest size MMS Picture you can send on your HTC ONE X is 600kb.

On my Verizon Nexus and Razr Maxx, I could send any size up to 5mb. Well when the service worked anyways.

Is there a way to lift the 600kb MMS size on AT&T?

And yes there is a legitimate reason for this...I use my phone to take pictures of accident scenes at work, and I will send them to my SGT or WC and I will also take pictures of Field Interview Contacts (Gang Members) and such which is allowed and attach them later to the FI Cards at the station.

The 600kb size really distorts and picture quality and when I try to make it larger, well forget about that as the picture gets really pixelated. I tried ChompSMS and Handcent and found that my mms and text messages were frequently delayed or lost in cyberspace somewhere.
