HTC one X Camera won't focus, blurry

My htc one x main camera won't focus, picture is very blurry when i approach the phone close to something i can see it but when i move it back it becomes blurry...zoom in zoom doesnt' fix it. I already did a factory reset , I reset the camera to default setting, I took it apart and clean the camera,I use some camera apps I downloaded, no solutions...front camera is working fine. the problem start after a digitizer/lcd replacement. camera use to work fine before. I post a video on youtube showing the camera problem
