Guys! My toolkit is finally out for the world to use! Have fun!
Wish I could try. Adb isn't recognizing my device. I was so close to having s off

Do you have usb debugging on?
Yes
I even uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled. Restarted computer and everything. When not in fastboot phone is read as HTC one x on computer. When in fastboot not recognizable. Not attached. It was fine enough for me to run the pj8312000 zip. It rebooted and after that no dice in adb. Really strange

Try going to developer options in your settings menu and turn it off and back on a couple of times.
Since I flashed the zip already can I start at step two for s off or do I start all over. Cause I have super user in my app drawer

You can try to continue on to step 2
I got adb to recognize my device had to 're flash the zip file. The last step after inputting
adb shell su -c"/data/local/tmp/soffbin3" I get segmentation fault??
Rebooted bootloader and still have s on.
I'm following all the steps correctly. Idk what is going on

Now I'm back to square one
No device attached
Maybe I should just call it quits and have s on
I really want to flash viper Rom without any hiccups or bugs

You should send me a pic of the error.
There isn't an error right now I did the last step
Without parenthesis
(adb shell su -c"/data/local/tmp/soffbin3")
And I didn't get superuser prompt on phone screen
Cmd prompt returned the request as if I asked for root permission in adb
Root@android#
And cannot complete any additional prompts in the cmd line.
I rebooted bootloader to check security status. And. S on is what I seen.
I think I'm sol and cannot obtain soff

Are reboots and data connection drops a result in flashing a custom Rom with s on or is that a Rom specific bug. I know that this question veers away from topic but if i can flash a custom Rom with sense 5 without at least data drops I can manage it.

Thank You!
Did you use the toolkit? If you did, you are absolutely welcome and I appreciate the feedback for my hard work : )
You are required to have superuser lol. You are suppose to grant the file it's pushing superuser permission.I used toolkit but when I did nandroid backup I had superuser so it's natural that I do t get dialogue.
I'm probably going to have to reset everything and start from square one.
I appreciate your help. And if you need anything let me know. I will help if I can
Thank you.
