Hello, I'm using an HTC One X+ on Airvoice with the ViperX custom ROM. The problem is, ever since I started using it, it hasn't received any SMS messages. It sends them perfectly fine, but when someone replies I don't get the text. A couple things are strange about this.
1. I get pictures. If someone sends me a photo with their text, I will get the photo but no actual text.
2. It makes the notification SOUND as soon as someone sends me something, but nothing shows up in Messaging. This is especially frustrating. I know this because I've tested it with other phones in the same room.
I found the appropriate APN settings for my phone on the Airvoice website for both WAP and MMS and tried them both. The WAP APN tends to work better so I'm using that. I've also tried putting the SIM card in another phone and back into mine, which I heard might solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
