I recently rooted my AT&T HTC One X, thanks to "Wizzrah" for the instructions.
I would like to install a ROM that is easy to do with a minimal chance of screw up, if that's possible.
On some of the ROMS I've seen you have to install the ROM and then upgrade the boot.img and install GAPPS.
I have backed up my stock ROM using TWRP 2.6.

Thanks in advance your help!

YOU dont need to flash boot.img on HBoot 2.14... Its for lower version..
Just flash the ROM ...

Steps to follow..
1) BAckup your Stock ROM from HTC One X to PC...(In Case anything goes wrong)
2) Download the ROM from the XDA Forums(it will be .zip file).. Transfer it to the Phone Storage
3) GApps means (Google Apps).. If you need it download it and put it on the Phone Storage of HTC One X
4) Boot into TWRP...
5) Click on Wipe .. And then Swipe to Wipe.. (Now go back to main menu (Dont Restart)
6) Click on Install .. Select the ROM Zip from the file browser... and swipe to install...
7) Voila .. Done.. Same procedure for GApps.zip after you install the custom ROM..

Its easy and almost risk free if you have Backup of your STock ROM..

Hope that helped
