Hey there! I've got a bit of a mystery for you guys.

So, my HTC One X cannot connect to any PC. Here are the details:

- Phone is rooted
- Not a cable problem, have tested cable with other device and works fine
- Not a driver problem, have installed and reinstalled the Universal Driver a bunch of times now
- The phone does not appear in Device Manager under any form
- USB debugging is turned on, have tried turning it on and off with phone connected but to no avail
- Have tried resetting phone, didn't work
- Phone does charge when connected to PC
- Have tried on multiple PCs
- wtf?

Any solutions? Thanks in advance!

Two possibilities come to mind. Try HTC Drivers instead of the universal one. And one of the data pins on the charging port could be unsoldered. (There are 5 pins, 4 used, 2 for charging and 2 for data. The phone can charge without having a data connection.)
