Why can't I receive or send message from WeChat on my HTC One X even when the wi-fi or internet is kept on?

i can't receive or send message from wechat in htc one x even when the wi-fi or internet is kept on.

Recently i can't send or received wechat message or voice message,my wi-fi is on though its shows unable to acess server.even if i make the mobile data on its not working.
