There is actually a 1.13 version that's been pushed to some testers.

I just mean that HTC left the 10 behind in Europe regarding updates, so it's not surprising that the U11 is still on the 1.03 version while the US and Asian models are already seeing updates coming.

Likewise. I also received no prompt to update when I plugged in the uSonic buds. (Maybe that was the 3.5mm adapter that prompted the update?)
