I like the theme store because when I buy a phone I buy for the UI features such as Zoe, HTC Themes and liquid smooth sense... even if it is looking a bit dated.. its still fast and smooth.. rather than flashing a 3rd party rom...

Ill post a question to HTC on twitter and let you know when they reply...

Hmm, perhaps as you are thinking, it is an HTC/system thing? Perhaps they are working on a few bugs/an update and that is why there is a network error?

Hey folks

I sent HTC UK a twitter message a few days ago, with a screenshot and they said theyd look into it.. and its up and running now since yesterday.. so yeah, maybe a some server work or even just a server reboot on their end..

For me its working fine now,, anyone else still having issues?

Given HTCs customer service track record.... Im actually quite impressed with how fast they replied / sorted it.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you certain the HTC Theme store is still available? That's a 5 year old phone, and HTC has withered away, so I wouldn't be surprised if the Themes are defunct.

Same issue on my HTC U11. Themes is defunct. HTC quietly unplugged functionality on it in Jan. 2021.
