Android Police says Pie is out for the HTC U11, but nothing yet for my USA unlocked.

The time between "out" and the last phone getting it can be a few months. If they tried to update a million phones at once, with a 1.6GB file each, the internet would crash. (Not really, it just wouldn't work.)

Oh, I know. I think it's only in Taiwan so far and hasn't even hit Europe. Some folks over on XDA are saying it's been pulled anyway. Apparently, if you have a pattern lock set it will brick your device.

I haven’t had an update of ANY kind in just about a year.

Received a notification for Pie update on Sprint version of U11 yesterday morning. Thus far, everything seems to run smoothly but I can't find it anywhere in the setting to turn on mobile hotspot.
