Time without signal 100%

I posted this in XDA as well but wanted to see if anyone here had the problem too. I've seen the GS2 has this problem, but I got a Vivid yesterday and it seems to have the same problem. I have tried going into all the "about phone" settings because I know that on the GS2 you just had to go into "status" to fix it. That's not working here. Any suggestions or ideas? The phone has a signal and on the chart I see no point in where it lost a signal.

I am in an LTE area too. Is the time without signal just for HSPA+?
