problem with mobile network connection

I have a HTC vivid and the internet won't load pages any kind of data won't work and maps isn't available. When i go on the internet it tells me my mobile connection setting need to be change. Im not quit sure what it is I have to change..

Go to Apps > Settings...what does it say on the screen for Mobile Network? It should be connected or on. If not, tap and change the setting.

Thanks you. But i figured out that my phone needed a LTE compatible sim card... Got that done and now works great...
