Ice Cream Sandwich vs Jellybean

Just what are the differences between these two OSs? I guess I'm mostly wondering about the interface rather than what's going on behind the scenes, but if there's some major fixes, it would be good to know what the advantages of JB are.

The fixes would be depending on the bugs present before hand. Jellybean 4.1.x is great when it comes to being able to do more developer options, and other things too. Oh yeah, can't forget about Project Butter too.
