Microphone Problem

recently had problems with my microphone on huawei mate 7. it seems that when i'm on call the person whom i'm calling can't hear me on handset mode, after trying to put my speaker on our conversation became crystal clear. What should I do? Oh and I dropped my phone but just on the car floor.

I have the same problem, when i am on call no one can hear me, but, when i am in speaker mode its work normally.
What supused to be the problem?

Sorry for the late reply, I just recently found this forum. Well, that is a hardware problem and I would have it changed. Did it happen from the beginning? Did you try to record your self to see if when other apps use the microphone it works? For me is the other way around. My normal mic is working OK, but on the speaker people say that they don't hear me that well. I see it's been like 5 month, you probably fixed it by now..
