It's a tablet size big
Actually, it's just a little bit smaller than what I'd call a tablet. The screen is long/tall. It's smaller than the Honor Note 8, which has almost the same sized screen.
I've attached a comparison picture between the M20X and the iPhone X.
I've also attached a picture or two of it in my hand to show what the actual size looks like in real life.IMG_20181202_202052.jpegtapatalk_1543803446973.jpegtapatalk_1543803438899.jpeg

well that was the shortest tryout for a phone for me.
Long story short, I have to send back, it developed a screen fault within 2 hours of using it. A single solid line developed on the left side of the screen. Thankfully I bought it new from Amazon and can return it.

In the 2 hours I did have it(was still in process of setting it up) I did like it a lot, screen, even for LCD, was bright, crisp and not missing an amoled screen except for the fact that Huawei decided to not have system dark mode as an option compared to the Mate 20 pro.
I took a few pics, but didn't upload. What I saw impressed me however. I'm so bummed. I'd get another one but a little worried about having issues.

Man, that's too bad. Sorry things didn't work out.
I'm glad you were able to return it.

First few hours with my second Mate 20 and so far so good. No issues with reception on ATT, seems to get the same signal reception as my ATT branded Note 9, although the Mate 20 seems to like Band 17 vs 12 on the Note 9. Battery life is insanely good. First day I am 4.5 hours SoT and 46% battery left. Attached are a few camera comparisons. The Mate 20 is cooler and a little brighter to my eye.IMG_20181212_185626.jpg20181212_185652.jpg
