I want to change voice to txt default from Google to Hound. How do I do this?

No idea what Hound is, but if it register as a valid Voice-To-Text service on your phone, you should be able to set it as the default on the 'Language and Input' section of your Settings as a Keyboard. If it doesn't appear there, then the app isn't registering as a voice-to-text alternative and unless there's an in-app setting that allows you to override the phone's stock voice-to-text service, it won't be possible to set it as default. It will also depend on the Keyboard you're using (some force their own voice recognition software).
