Remove white/grey circle on Huawei Mate 9

Hey guys, I'm trying to get rid of the white/grey circle that has randomly appeared on my screen. I've followed the instructions on some of your other posts: developer/input but I think that is more Samsung related? Mine is a Mate 9 and under system/developer/show touches nothing helps. It's already set to off. Please help! And thanks so much!
