Huawei P10 lite issues

I recieved a system update about the function VoLTE.It was 700MB.Now i have another update about VoLTE which is
2.3GB.Should I install it?I don't use this function anyway.

Another problem I have is that i can't install apps directly on external storage

Welcome to Android Central! If these are official system updates pushed over-the-air, I'd install them, since they often include other bugfixes and/or security patches. I doubt the update is only about VoLTE.

Are you trying to install apps to an SD card that has been formatted as Internal Storage (if the phone supports that)? If the phone doesn't support Adoptable Storage, then you can't install apps directly to the SD.
