Reset settings

I have a very annoying issue. Usually, not always, when I restart my P20 Pro several app settings resets.
- Garmin Connect: smart notification all turn on, not just the few I had.
- Bitdefender web protection is disabled.
- Some apps starts to show notifications again that was not allowed.
- Google Home voice recognition is reset.

Does anyone se a pattern here? And or a solution to this?

Im having this exact same problem with bit defender and its driving me nuts. I've added it to ignore battery optimizations even but some other app or setting is resetting it's settings anyway despite this.

I dont have the other apps you have mentioned installed. My google assistant is fine...i dont use google home.
