I recently bought this phone and tried to update it with one of the Android 6.0 builds (the site I downloaded it from said it was an official one), so I put the files in the microSD, powered it off and started the updated, but after doing so the phone is stuck at the boot with the Huawei logo on it.
It keeps rebooting on it's own and even after I did a Factory Reset it still won't boot.
It also won't let me install a stock rom as the updater just says: "Software install failed!".
My phone is not rooted as I have no idea how to root a phone and I'm too scared of causing damages.
Any way to solve this?
