Screen Lock data traffic. Should I care?

P9 lite, 3gb Ram. 1 month old.
I constantly have screen lock data traffic information in my notifications. Is this useful and what numbers are good or bad. Should I care. Can I get rid of this notification. Thanks

I have managed to switch this off.

It is there to be switched off I promise.

I disabled background data for several applications and then I got these messages.

I believe these should all be set to enabled.

Settings, apps, app name, data usage..



I also did some tinkering to the global data limit before getting the lock screen messages.

To disable, I did the following... Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile Data > click the Settings icon Cog in top right corner > toggle "Lock screen data usage reminder"
