I have Verizon, AT&T & Project FI. My personal phone is on Project FI and I would like to purchase a Huawei Watch 2 with data service on one of the networks so that I can make & receive calls when away from my phone. Right now, I have a Samsung Gear Sport and it notifies me of everything using the cloud as long as I'm on wifi. My goal is to extend that to when I do not have access to WiFi and also be able to make & receive calls, texts when I might not be near my phone. Is it possible with the watch on another network than my phone and still receive calls? I don't get the logistics of the whole thing.
