Huawei watch 1 warms up / temperature goes up

Hi guys. I recently bought a Huawei watch 1. When i receive multiple notifications and when i scroll thorough the menu multiple times watch temperature goes up to a level I can clearly feel the watch heat on my hand. Some times it goes beyond 37/38 Celsius. I have have installed the app to see the watch temperature. At once it hit the 40.5 c as well. Is this normal or should i clam my warranty.

Mine never got this hot under normal operation...it does get a little warm when I install multiple apps, but not to the point I feel uncomfortable wearing it.
