    my phone turn off and when i torn it on, dont even let me download any program on google play, and lost alla programs, its some program to download or something to do about it?

    Welcome to Android Central! Did it seem to do a factory reset on its own? When you say you lost all of your apps, do you mean that you don't even see them in the Settings>Apps>All​ menu?
