Skyraider: change animations w/ metamorph

So I have 3.5 running without any problems. I downloaded the change animations zip and extracted it with mm. When i tried to install it though, it would just run and not do anything. It actually ran overnight, about 8 hours, and still didn't work. What do I need to do to get it to work?

but metamorph never finishes. it ran for 8 hours and didn't finish.

it was an .xml file. it came up with all the info for it: creator, what it was changing, etc. It even gave a warning that it was changing system files. but once it started, nothing happened.

I had this working yesterday. AFter you unzip it in MM you have to hit the button on the bottom right of MM on the main page (don't have my phone in front of me) and select the animations one, and then install it from there.

It's a pain in the ass I actually hated it and ended up compeltely reflashing SkyRaider to get rid of it and the issues that uninstalling it caused becuase i didn't nandroid first.

so if you do install it, definitely nandroid nandroid nandroid.

Don't know man sorry. Try a reboot and run mm again select existing theme locate the xml file and apply all

ok, here's what i have done so far:

i unzipped the files into the themes folder.

i went to the "Pick existing theme" button

i chose the folder the animations were in.
it shows an .xml file called Change_Anims.xml and a folder called framework-res

i choose the .xml and it shows the info for it
created by IHTFP69 for use in incredible w/ skyraider 3.x

i hit apply all and it just spins its tires. what should i do?

Don't unzip it locate file from the zip folder

i can't get to the zip file from pick existing theme. i used the extract button to extract it.

For what its worth, I've never had any luck getting anything to work with Metamorph.
