Which KingKlicks kernel to use?

i am currently using CM6.1 signed with invisiblek #18 kernel. i am not too pleased by this kernel. i have read that kingklick makes some real nice kernels. so i wanted to know which kernel to use out of these:

are any of those aosp kernels ? if there not u cant use them .. by the way you shuld try out ziggys kernels Ziggy471.com ? Life's too short, have fun while you can. but i think he hasn't come out with aosp ... im using his kernel and my browser never closes on 1.15 like on kings

is that what the probem was!? i had invisibleks #18 overclocked at 1.15 and random apps would close while i was using them. but it all stopped when i brought it down a little. i noticed my phone would get really hot at times

i never really used CM6's kernel. how is it on batt life? and where can i get it again since i am already using invisibleks
