cant get past recovery to boot phone

i am rooted and everything on my card and phone was erased i can get into recovery but i have not roms or anything on my phone. i select reboot system now and all it does it take me to the hboot screen over and over how do i fix this? Can it be done?

I would try downloading a rom from your computer and put it on the root of your sd card. When recovery comes up, flash that zip file. Might work. The only other thing would be to load an sbf.
