Going back to stock ROM, questions.

Hey everyone, I am rooted and still running Sense without any custom ROMS, I applied a font that I don't like, and there is no way to reverse it.

I want to know how I can apply the stock 2.3.3 RUU (the one that deletes everything) using HTC Sync and what will happen , will I lose root?

Also, I had been thinking about doing this because I have been having some problems.

From what I remember reading: to go back to stock, go to HTC - Mobile Phones, Smartphones, Cell Phones, PDAs and download the software. You need HTC sync installed on your computer. I'm pretty sure when you install the software, you add back the file that you rooted in the first place.

I'm pretty sure that is what I read!

You can go to xda and get the stock 2.3.3 rom that keeps you rooted. It does a full wipe and leaves you completely stock again, only still rooted. Search the Inspire General section for the thread and flash the one posted by Gene Poole within that thread. I'm not at a PC, so I can't post a link.
