How to flash a custom theme onto Cyanogenmod 7.0.3?

I just used ROM manager on my new rooted phone to flash the Cyanogenmod 7.0.3 onto the phone. Now I am curious how I can flash a custom theme on to the phone without much work, simple instruction, and keeping all my current apps and contacts. Was this the best way to get the Cyanogenmod to begin with or not? Just am looking for a few answers to my questions.

There is no custom themes with CyanogenMod. CyanogenMod uses ADW themes that come from the market itself, which either are free or paid.

You can also install Launcher Pro, which is great to use as well. You can skin your own themes.
