Can the Quick keys be changed?

i have a LG Vortex and was wondering if the Quick keys can be changed and how? I am new to the forum. Thanks for the help.

The 4 Quick Keys at the bottom of the screen? Yes... You go to the Application tab and press and hold on the App you want, then drag it to the slot you want it in to over write what is already there.
