i am new to this, and i thank anyone who can answer my question straight forward.

i just updated and rooted my motorola flipside yesterday because i wanted to see what a rooted phone could do. also, i rooted it because i figured since i have VERY LOW internal phone storage (the update required 40 mb), i could just delete all the bloatware at&t has on there since i have a t-mobile service. before i downloaded titanium backup, i downloaded some other app, i think called NoBloat, and deleted things from there. my internal phone memory didnt change one bit. so i am thinking that if i do a factory reset, my internal phone memory will be restored to the higher levels of mb. i know that i shouldnt do the reset from privacy>>factory reset because my phone is rooted. i would like for my phone to stay rooted but also do a reset on data, cache.. get rid of all the unnecessary crap on my phone.

once again, i thank anyone for the time they took of of their day just to help me :D
