Since my pc was upgraded to Windows 7 I have not been able to connect my droid bionic to my pc to download my photos. There is no connection when I use the usb cable (I bought a new one so that works). When I try to add a device, my pc cannot find my droid. I have checked USB debugging on my phone. Before the upgrade I had no problem downloading photos. Anyone know what might be the problem andhow I can fix it?

Welcome to Android Central.

It sounds like you need to find the drivers updated for your device supporting Windows 7

Hi, Thanks for responding. This is my first time on a forum and it's wonderful to have someone respond! How do I find the drivers that were updated? And then what do I do?

Check the USB connection settings when you hook your Bionic up to the computer. When you plug it in, swipe down for the notifications, and tap the USB connection icon. If it's on the "charge only" option, your computer won't detect it. It needs to be on USB mass storage. Then it'll show up on Windows Explorer, typically as 2 separate drives, one for the phone's internal memory and one for the external SD card.
