Can not get xt912 to be recognized by ADB

I need some serious help with this mess up. I bricked my phone by installing cm10 and not decoding it using bootmenu and installing it in 1st, not on 2nd. So all i can do is get ino fast boot and recovery and such. Phone dies and also can't charge it so i bought a special cable off ebay so i can still get into ap fast boot. When i plug my phone into usb on my computer rsdlite will recognize it but fails when i try to use it. I can't find a way to get adb to see it! Someone pleae help! I am now able to get it started on rsdlite but it fails on step 6/18. Anybody?
