Need help with ipod

I have an 80GB ipod classic. I am trying to figure out a way to determine and move (from itunes) only the music that is on my itunes but not on my ipod. I seem to have about 200 or so songs accumilated that are in my itunes but not on my ipod. Is there an easy way to do this en masse?

I am not really sure if there are songs on my ipod that are not on my itunes as well..... I was just hoping there was some easy way to do a transfer that will not move songs if they are already on the ipod.

why not jus wipe the ipod then?
or use a program called Irepo....
