I have an Apple Music Subscription (Yay!). I have an iPhone 5s. I migrated my playlists from Beats Music after Apple bought them in their attempt to control the entire music streaming world. I am able to listen to my music from my phone when I am connected to WiFi. When I try to play my music in my car, I am told I have to be on WiFi by Apple Music. When I explored how to use my cellular data, I know how to do that, but don't want to enable that feature if I can avoid it (data charges etc.). So I am aware that I can ask Apple Music to make a playlist or song available offline. I know how to click on "more" (the 3 dots next to the playlist) but when I do I do not have the option of making it available offline. So I explore that and follow all the steps (iCloud Music Library enabled, etc.) yet...still no "make available offline". So what do I do and what am I missing?
