New Shield with Check Icon On my Status Bar for No Reason

About 2 weeks ago, I started seeing the following icon on my status bar. (with the red box around it, and yes, the background is a cat)



I have not updated anything or installed any new software, so I am confused.

Does anyone know what this icon might be associated with, because nothing shows up when I pull down the notifications.

Sonim XP8 running Android 8.1.

I kind of assumed that, but I have not installed an antivirus program, nor have I updated the existing program (Lookout which is installed as a system app with the phone), and in either case Lookout has a different icon.

Double check your app list , might came with the phone , which device you have?
