Hey everyone please help me im facing this problem last four days.
My instagram and facebook is not working on my d-link wifi all other apps are working well only insta and fb are not.
If i use cellular data insta and fb are working well. Only wifi is not working.
Also all my family members insta and fb working well on wifi only mine is not working.
I tried uninstall/installing , clearing cache/ data , all apps are updated phone is updated
Reset your Wi-Fi and try again. See if that clears the issue. I've had this very issue on apps over Wi-Fi before. It might affect one or two apps, but not others. It's worth a shot, and has worked for me in the past. You might have to pull the power and wait 20 seconds if a reset doesn't work. Additionally, try rebooting the phone, if you haven't already. I didn't see that mentioned as one of your remedial efforts.
