How To Edit Settings Shortcuts?

When you slide down the Notification Bar (I forget the proper name for it) you have Settings Shortcuts like WiFi, GPS, Vibrate etc. I saw a video a few months ago that showed you how to edit those shortcuts and but I've forgotten how. How do I do that?

? I am stock 4.2.2 and although there is plenty of space I do not see a way of adding another setting either.

Stock android doesn't support editing the notification shortcuts, but you can download an app like Power Toggles to add toggles to the other section of your notification drawer
