Hi,
I tried to encrypt my Tecno M3 phone running android 4.2.2 and after going through the prompts/confirmations the phone restarted about 2 times and when it came back on it displayed a black screen with a green outline of an android and has remained in this state for at least 18 hours. The power off key does not work and if I remove the battery, put it back in and start the phone it and comes on, prompts for my password and when I enter the password it continues to the same state as described.
Has anyone had a similar issue? How can I cancel the encryption? The phone has approx. 2gb storage with approx 8gb external storage, 512mb of RAM and 1GHz processor.
