    I updated my phone (GS3) two days ago and after I did I have 4 "download complete" notifications that won't go away. Even after clearing them they come back. The files cannot even be located on my phone anywhere. I downloaded these ages ago through Chrome. Any help would be great.

    Try settings/apps/all/downloads/clear data and clear cache. This assumes you don't currently have anything you want in the downloads folder. You may need to do the same in the download manager app.

    Cleated cache and data in the download manager and it seems to have fixed it, for now anyway. Appreciate it.
